Thousands of Studies summarized by Dr. Pall's 2018 paper.... 

• Attack our nervous systems including our brains leading to widespread neurological/neuropsychiatric effects and possibly many other effects. This nervous system attack is of great concern. 

• Attack our endocrine (hormonal) systems. . . . The consequences of the disruption of these two regulatory systems is immense . . . 

• Produce oxidative stress and free radical damage, which have central roles in essentially all chronic diseases 

• Attack the DNA of our cells, producing single strand and double strand breaks in cellular DNA and oxidized bases in our cellular DNA. These in turn produce cancer and also mutations in germ line cells which produce mutations in future generations. 

• Produce elevated levels of apoptosis (programmed cell death), events especially important in causing both neurodegenerative diseases and infertility. 

• Lower male and female fertility, lower sex hormones, lower libido and increased levels of spontaneous abortion and, . . . attack the DNA in sperm cells. 

• Produce excessive intracellular calcium . . . and excessive calcium signaling (EMFs greatly increase influx of calcium into our cells, which in turn causes a host of serious problems-this is the mechanism). 

• Attack the cells of our bodies to cause cancer. Such attacks are thought to act via 15 different mechanisms during cancer causation.

 Do you ever wake up and kind of feel like your muscles are all sort of stiff or tight?  Do you feel well rested and ready to take on the day and all its challenges?
 
I didn’t either!  UNTIL I finally learned that just by making a few switches (pun intended), I would sleep much better and wake up feeling lighter and actually a little more hopeful. 
 
How can that be?  Why would shutting down the power and the electronics make such a difference?  Because our bodies are electrical beings.  When the body has full command without interruptions from electrical devices or power in the walls radiating out, it can do the job that it is designed to do. 
 
Rest, regenerate and recharge!  And then there is the third thing I have not told you.  Using essential oils before bed will help your body get an even better night’s sleep because of the nature of the oils.  Not just any oils, Young Living Essential Oils.

Doing One Thing at a Time Repeatedly Could be Your Answer

Have you ever wondered if there is a problem with the signals that all of our convenient electrical devices use?  Actually, according to history, our health problems increased as soon as electricity became commonplace in our homes, around the 1930's.  



So, if basic electricity caused an uptick in health problems, what do you suppose adding in smart phones, smart meters, smart TVs and well, you get the idea, could have caused?  

Chronic health problems. 

What do you think would happen if you shut off the power to your bedroom or at the very least the WIFI system in your home every night for 8 hours?  Repeatedly, night after night, shut down the electric signals in your home.

The issue of radiation from our electrical world that lives all around us 24/7 cannot be underestimated.  I am sounding the alarm bell for you NOW.  If you want a strong immune system, better focus and energy then realize that every day you don’t do something different you will get worse.  

 
I am not a glass half empty kinda gal, I promise.  I’m just being realistic.  Why the electric companies would not know this or understand this is beyond me.  Smart meters must come down.  Smart electric, gas and water companies must not continue to put apparatuses on our homes that cause us to have electricity all around us 24/7.

Making These Three Changes May Mean Significant Improvements to Your Well Being

 Do you want more energy?  Wish you didn’t have to rely on artificial means to give you more stamina?  What if making just a few adjustments to your diet could make all the difference?  

Trust me, it can happen.  
 
When wanting to be more focused and energetic, the better I am about NOT having caffeine and NOT having sugar makes all the difference in how I do for sustained energy.  That and being sure to have three good meals a day with protein.  Plant protein.  
 
Sound impossible? 
 
Let me explain so that maybe you will give it a try for a week or two before you make a judgement. 
 
Eating a plant based diet is all about planning.  Or should I also say resisting the fast food lane when feeling weak and tired.  Plant based food prepared on a Sunday or Monday can be eaten throughout the week and the flavors only get fuller with time.  Because they are not artificial or processed, they will last longer than you might expect especially when seasoned with garlic.  
 
Garlic.  Garlic is a natural preservative and also a natural antibiotic.  It wards off intestinal insects and helps the body to process food better.  Didn’t know that about garlic did you.  (If you did, then please excuse me).
